Over one hundred orphans, needy children and children of inmates serving life sentences received a pair each of Bata Shoes from an American student. Among those who got were pupils of Entebbe Early Learning primary school, who received 150 pairs .According to keegan ,it is because God has blessed him that he is doing The Lord asked me to do this because he keeps on blessing me says keegan. His Christian background and fellowship in church taught him the principle of giving and loving unconditionally .This has inspired him to have a heart that gives to the needy .In August 2011 he started a campaign that he one year without shoes .He decided to walk with bare feet in order to raise money to buy shoes for those who don’t have. His campaign slowly started spreading to other people by word of mouth, face book and newspapers in Michigan .Fortunately, he got some well wishers who contributed 10,000 dollars to the success of his campaign .At the end of his campaign, he collected this money but shockingly, he did not know where he was going to make the donations. He went to his youth pastor Dan Martin who suggested to him Entebbe Early Learning School saying the pupils didn’t have shoes…please leave your comment
