ChildrenGala2018

The negative impact of violence in schools goes beyond the children who are directly affected by it. It also has an insidious effect on pupils who witness it. Creating an atmosphere of fear, anxiety and insecurity incompatible with learning. Ultimately violence or the threat of violence may be such that children drop out school or are kept at home by concerned parents. Consequently it impacts negatively on their chances of working their way out of poverty #ChildrenGala #SpeakOutViolence #SafeSchools #EveryChildMatters #ChildProtection #ChildrenEverywhere #ChildParticipation #15Nov2018
