Porridge Program

The link between poverty and poor health is not a hard one to see. Living in poverty can mean a life of malnutrition, poor hygiene, deplorable conditions and preventable diseases going untreated. Illness plunges people further into poverty and leaves children falling behind in school or failing to attend altogether. Your sponsorship or gift creates lasting change for the children in our communities by providing life-changing access to health care programs, medicines and early education about hygiene, nutrition and more

We started #ChildrenPorridgeProgram after noticing that many children were coming to our centers Hungry because they had not had Breakfast or had walked a good distance to the center and needed more sustenance to keep them going throughout the day.

Our Dream

We are so excited to share with you our projects God has enabled us carry out through our board members, friends and well-wishers;  we have a target of children we need to reach out  in schools and communities, This is an opportunity for you also to get involved  #EveryChildMatters

Children Community Library

Our Children Community Library has become the hub for the community.  The library currently has over 600 books, 2 computers. The library is visited by community children, as well as being used by students coming to revise their books.

Through the library we have set up a reading programme, like Reading Camps and School Book Week. These programmes are also offered to nearby primary schools and it enables us to take our books into schools and encourage children to read.
