Dear friends, partners and well-wisher
We glad to inform you that on 28/11/14 the 4th annual children’s gala for hope 2014 is here once again this time taking place at University Community Fellowship(UCF) –Makerere kikoni ,opposite garden courts hostels along sir Apollo kaggwa rd.
Children’s gala for hope 2014 is coordinated by Children Reachout Uganda and other children organizations and corporate companies that partner up to make the gala successful , this time we are expecting more than 500 children turning up for the gala ,children will be coming from all corners of Kampala.
Children’s gala is a one day workshop for children, mainly it’s all about learning and empowerment through different workshops that are organized at the gala.
This time it’s about EDUCATION that’s our theme of the day, we want to hear from them, what they views about education, and what can be done to make it better.
All this is going to be documented and shared to all our partners, government ministries dealing with children.

yesterday we had our hospital outreach at mulago hospital children ward ,we gave out free toys,tooth brushes ,tooth paste,shoes to children, thank you Emily and Sam for making it happen.

one of our plans this year is to give hope to children through celebrating their birthdays so that they can give loved..our first birthday party was at one of the schools that we partner with..it was favor's birthday and we invited the mum it was a surprise to the mum and it was the favor's first birthday party

we did our sanitation project with the children,it was awesome children cleaned up their communities ,after we had a workshop with the children on why we had to clean up..70 children turn up for exercise
